Large Party Rental

Deposit for Large Parties  (greater than 50 invitees)

There will be a $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve the ballroom for special events.



Our menus offer a wide variety of combinations for your consideration.  In addition, our kitchen staff enjoys expressing their creativity by custom designing a menu unique to your event.  All beverages and food for parties over 50 invitees must be purchased through Windridge Country Club.  Menu prices are guaranteed no more than 3 months prior to your event. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the club.


All food and beverage items are subject to a 20% gratuity charge and applicable sales tax.  There will be a $120.00 charge for clean-up after large events.  No exceptions.



A final guarantee of the number attending your event is due to Windridge no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled function.  At this time all forms must be signed and payment in full is required.  You will be required to pay for the guaranteed number of guests plus any additional guests served.  We will be happy to prepare for additional guests with advance notice.  There will be a 10% charge per guest in addition to the price of the meal for guests that are served without advance notice, assuming we are able to prepare for them.  The guaranteed number may not be lowered.



MEMBERS:  $400 NON-MEMBERS:  $600.00

TABLE LINENS  (Tablecloths  and Tableskirts) and table decorations (glassware for candles etc.) are available for an additional cost.


Small Party Rental

Call for rates for parties with fewer than 50 people.
Cake and non-alcoholic beverages will be allowed to be brought in for these events. Client must provide all tableware and will be responsible for all clean up.  Any additional food and beverages must be purchased through the club as described in the rental contract.
