Events at Windridge

Whether you are looking for a perfect venue for a small company meeting, birthday party, a shower or as elaborate as a wedding reception, Windridge Country Club is the ideal choice in the Tri-state area. We are conveniently located about a mile from KY. Hwy 54, in eastern Daviess County. Nestled privately in a picturesque setting with panoramic views of our beautiful eighteen hole golf course featuring its stately pines, pristine lakes and manicured greens.

Our Clubhouse Ballroom will accommodate approximately 150 guests plus an additional 50 guests in our full-service lounge. We are dedicated to providing the best food, friendly service and ambience to everyone in attendance.

Our Rates

Large Party Rental

Deposit for Large Parties (greater than 50 invitees): There will be a $200 deposit required to reserve the ballroom for special events. Deposit can be refunded if cancelled within 6 months of the event.  The balance due for the event must be paid in full 3 weeks before the event. 

Menu Selection

Our menus offer a wide variety of combinations for your consideration. In addition, our kitchen staff enjoys expressing their creativity by custom designing a menu unique to your event.  Menu prices are guaranteed no more than 3 months prior to your event.  All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the club.  There will be a $100 fee to bring outside food into the club.  

Service & Labor Charges

All food and beverage items are subject to a 10% gratuity charge and applicable sales tax. There will be a $125.00 charge for clean-up after large events. No exceptions.

Guarantee

A final guarantee of the number attending your event is due to Windridge no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled function. At this time all forms must be signed and payment in full is required. You will be required to pay for the guaranteed number of guests plus any additional guests served. We will be happy to prepare for additional guests with advance notice. There will be a 10% charge per guest in addition to the price of the meal for guests that are served without advance notice, assuming we are able to prepare for them. The guaranteed number may not be lowered.

​Table Linens

(Tablecloths and Tableskirts) and table decorations (glassware for candles etc.) are available for an additional cost.

Small Party Rental

Call for rates for parties with fewer than 50 people.

Cake and non-alcoholic beverages will be allowed to be brought in for these events. Client must provide all tableware and will be responsible for all clean up. Any additional food and beverages must be purchased through the club as described in the rental contract.  Food may be brought into the club for a $100 fee.

Catering

Windridge Country Club offers a large variety of Dining Buffet options for your special event. Please contact the club for details. We also offer other catering options as listed below. Windridge welcomes the opportunity to host your special occasion.

Event Reservations

Windridge Country Club requires a rental agreement to reserve this venue for special events. The agreement includes all of the information to successfully coordinate your event. A deposit of $200.00 is due at the time of reserving the venue and will be applied to client’s total cost. The balance due for the event must be paid in full 3 weeks before the event.  

Menu Selection

Our menu choices offer a wide variety of combinations for your consideration. In addition, our staff enjoys expressing their creativity by custom designing a menu unique to your event. All food and beverages must be purchased through Windridge Country Club unless approved by Windridge staff. Menu prices are guaranteed no more than three months prior to your event. We require a five item minimum from our Hors D’oeuvre menu.

​Service and Labor Charges

There will be a $125.00 clean-up fee. No exceptions. Client is responsible for the removal of all décor brought to venue within 24 hours following the event. Client must inform Windridge of any other vendors involved with the event such as Florists, DJ’s, Musicians, Cake Designers, etc.
